As mentioned in the post about the closest hotels to JFK Airport, there are currently no hotels on the airport property itself. However, that is due to change in 2019, as the former TWA terminal is being rebuilt into a hotel. The terminal was originally built in the early 1960s, and the hotel will be themed on the golden age of jet travel. Along with 512 rooms, it will also feature several restaurants with mid-20^th century decor and a museum. The hotel will also offer transportation to the terminals in 1960s era cars.
